National Annual Fundraising Events: Irelands biggest coffee morning takes place in September. Sunflower day is held in early June. All monies collected in the North Tipperary area on these national fundraising days remain in the North Tipperary Hospice fund. North Tipperary Hospice Upcoming Fundraising Events: Good luck to Lyndsey and John in the forthcoming Waterford half marathon Dec. 11th, 2010. Lyndsey and John have completed many marathons and raised sponsorship for North Tipp. in all. Latest Fundraising Events: FCPO Social Club Thurles thank you for €300. Borrisoleigh Cyclists raised a phenomenal €10,224.43 Thank you. Thank you Jane Kelly, Templemore for raising €1,000 by undertaking the Camino de Santiago. Well done. Thank you Kathleen Moloney, Drom who holds an annual fundraising event and this year raised €1,160.50. Thank you to all the ladies who completed the mini marathon in Thurles and the womens mini marathon in Dublin and raised huge sponsorship for us. Michael and Maria Molumby Thurles thank you so much for €20,300 raised through the sale of Michael's most successful CD "Circling the Square" Thank you BDO Get Back Challenge c/o Mark O Connell Thurles for €5,000. Hollyford Fundraising Fun Day held in September raised €13,000 for the Hospice. Thank you Hollyford. T.i. Student Union thank you for donating €2,100 raised during Rag week Annual Gala Night and Auction, held in Reidys Pub in Newtown July 2009 raised €31,500. Thank you to everyone who contributed. This year is the 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF THIS EVENT. SUPPORT FOR EVENT IS MUCH APPRECIATED.
